2.1 Registration Requirements

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account per person is permitted at bc33. If a single person operates multiple accounts, this will be treated as a rule violation and all accounts may be closed with the entire balance forfeited. The same action will be taken if multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address or device.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Users making their first deposit at bc33 are eligible for a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a cash withdrawal can be made. For example, to withdraw a bonus of ৳1,000, a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed.

• The welcome bonus applies once per user only.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Promotional Terms

Separate specific terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers. Users are advised to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming each offer. bc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

• If evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of any loophole is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• bc33 reserves the right to withhold any bonus without providing a reason.

4.3 VIP Program

The bc33 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. bc33 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP tiers.

6.1 Bet Placement and Settlement

Once a bet is confirmed on bc33, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Users must carefully verify all details before confirming a bet. Bet outcomes will be settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event.

• In live betting, odds may change at any time — the odds at the time of acceptance will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bc33 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be returned to the user's balance.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bc33 platform:

• Use of betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Match fixing or participation in any form of sports manipulation.
• Arbitrage betting or attempting to make risk-free profits using bonuses.
• Placing fraudulent bets using multiple accounts or third-party information.
• Coordinating with other users in an attempt to harm the platform.

8.1 bc33's Rights

bc33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or cheating.
• Providing false information during age verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other legal violations.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

8.2 User's Right to Close Their Own Account

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time through our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before requesting account closure. The self-exclusion option is always available as part of responsible gaming.
